For administrators, the onboarding call will be your first hands-on experience with Fordefi products.
Led by our customer success team, the goal of the call is to create a Fordefi workspace, add you and other users, review all the features, and answer any questions
Our goal is to get things fully set up as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. To that end, we ask you to help us by taking the following steps, ahead of your onboarding call:
- Our web app and browser extension are designed and tested on Chrome. For the best experience we recommend using Chrome. Firefox and Safari should be avoided.
- Make sure you attend the onboarding meeting with a mobile phone and a laptop/desktop computer. Ideally, join the meeting from your laptop/desktop and not from your phone - but have your phone handy.
- We respect your limited time and resources: please download and install the Fordefi app on your phone ahead of time. Our app is available for both iOS and Android.
- ⚠️ Importantly, do NOT attempt to login or create an account yet. This will be done during the onboarding call.
- Determine roles for each member of your team attending the onboarding (Admin, Trader, Viewer). Learn more about roles.
- If the email address you'll be using to create your Fordefi account is managed, make sure your IT team allows support@fordefi.com so the onboarding email doesn't get quarantined (this is especially the case for Outlook mailboxes).
- Out of concerns for security, avoid joining the onboarding meeting from a public space. A private and quiet environment with a good internet connection is preferred.
