# Delete an Address

You can delete addresses from the Fordefi Address Book.

- You cannot delete an address that is a member of an address group.
- You cannot delete an address for which there is a policy rule in place.


1. Open the Fordefi web console.
2. In the side menu, click **Address Book**.
The **Address Book** screen opens, displaying a list of addresses.
3. Hover over the address you want to delete, click the ellipsis menu at the extreme right and click **Delete address**.
4. In the **Delete address** dialog, click **Delete**.


A message confirms that the address has been deleted from the Address Book.
