# Stake SUI

Use suiscan to quickly stake the SUI in your Fordefi wallet.

To stake SUI, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the [suiscan](https://suiscan.xyz/mainnet/home) explorer.
2. Click **Connect**, then click **SUI Wallet**.

3. In the Fordefi extension that is displayed, make sure you select the correct SUI vault.
4. Navigate to  **Validators** at the bottom of the SUI Explorer page. Select the Validator you wish to delegate to.
5. In the dialog that is displayed, enter the amount of SUI you wish to stake.

6. Click **Next**, then click **Stake**.
Fordefi's extension is displayed.

7. Click **Create** in the extension, then sign the transaction in the Fordefi mobile app.


Your SUI have been staked!
